Lately I’ve been making all sorts of pies, and this time I tried the mushroom pie.

Ingredients :

  • mushrooms (about 400g) – fresh or from the can
  • sour cream
  • 4 eggs
  • cheese (depending on what you have or what you like more)
  • green onions
  • fresh leek
  • pie dough (I normally buy frozen dough from the supermarket, but you can also prepare it yourself)
  • dill and parsley

First you put the mushrooms with the green onion in a frying pan and fry them for about 10 – 15 minutes. Then in a bowl you mix the mushrooms, with cheese, sour cream, eggs, leek, parsley and dill. In a Yena bowl you put the dough and then add the mix. On top put another layer of dough. Put it in the oven for about 40 minutes.

It was so good, that we almost ate it all before taking a final photo ! 🙂
